updates:

i thought i put too much cream.
but it isn't the case!

Blame it on my impatience.
i didn't wait for the ganche to solidify more
before spreading on the cupcakes.

After 45 mins of leaving the cupcakes with ganche in room tempeature,
the ganche hardens! Yeah.
