Muay Thai class at Kathib Sports Complex this evening.
Totally shagged after the first hr.

2 and a half hr class -
First hr : Cardio all the way

Did running squats skipping v-steps and push ups
Remaining time were spent on doing punching kicking and other stuffs

The class had mostly women and only a handful men
But all the guys there were so KNS can...so act seh one

YUCKS!

Hahax am i very bad?

Intend to buy the boxing gloves
$55 or $30 for a pair

We buying the cheaper one

Yea i find owning a boxing gloves is such a cool thing yar
