Leg got many bruises because of trng

esp. the thigh area muscle

the padding is so damn hard can

cuz its leather material

Trng was easier than last tuesday one

cuz there are alot of people

so not enough space to do strength and cardio inside the room

My hands were like jelly after trng

cuz the paddings were so heavy

wahh no more flabby arms?
